Vom Schwerkraftguss bis zum Sandstrahlen: der Produktionsprozess<\/h1>\n

Die Gussst\u00fccke werden durch Einsetzen eines Sandkerns in die Gussform, die so genannte Kokille, hergestellt. Durch Beschickungs\u00f6fen wird vorgeschmolzenes Messing in die Formen gegossen, die auf den eigenentwickelten und realisierten Gie\u00dfmaschinen montiert sind. Leichter gesagt als getan. Die richtige Mischformel von Sand, die korrekte Schmelzzeiten und -Geschwindigkeiten, der Aufbau des Angusses sowie das Gie\u00dfsystem selbst sind die Grundlage eines hochgradig manuellen Prozesses. Dies wird auch, heute nur teilweise, durch das Erfahrungsniveau der Bediener beeinflusst, die vor Ort geschult wurden und Techniken<\/strong> bewahren<\/strong>, die alte manuelle<\/strong> F\u00e4higkeiten<\/strong> mit modernen<\/strong> Technologien<\/strong> verbinden.<\/p>\n

Der Produktionsprozess umfasst dann weitere Schritte in der Putzabteilung<\/strong>, in der Dichtheitspr\u00fcfung<\/strong> und in abschlie\u00dfenden Sandstrahlabteilungen<\/strong>, um eine gute Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t sicherzustellen.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.16″ _module_preset=“default“ text_orientation=“justified“ animation_style=“slide“ animation_direction=“right“ animation_delay=“400ms“ global_colors_info=“{}“]<\/p>\n

Einige Gussteile werden roh an die jeweiligen Kunden geliefert, w\u00e4hrend auf Wunsch auch die mechanische Bearbeitung durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann, diese erfolgt in unseren Hallen mit Transfer- und Bearbeitungszentren sowie Pr\u00fcf- und Kontrollinstrumente des neuesten Konzepts.<\/p>\n
