Kokillenguss: die Gie\u00dfereiabteilung<\/h1>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.16″ _module_preset=“default“ text_orientation=“justified“ animation_style=“slide“ animation_direction=“right“ animation_delay=“400ms“ global_colors_info=“{}“]In der Gie\u00dferei nimmt die Kunst und das alte Handwerk des Gie\u00dfens Gestalt an. Es gibt sieben manuelle Gie\u00dfstationen, die jeweils aus einem Warmhalteofen und vier oder f\u00fcnf Kokillengie\u00dfmaschinen bestehen. Der Gie\u00dfereibereich wird durch vier halbautomatische Stationen mit Doppelgie\u00dfmaschinen und einem Zentralofen erg\u00e4nzt, der 24 Stunden<\/strong> am Tag 30 Tonnen<\/strong> geschmolzenes Metall in fl\u00fcssigem Zustand h\u00e4lt.
\nUnser Verfahren arbeitet mit Schwerkraft-Kokillenguss. Die Kokille ist die Form, in die das fl\u00fcssige Metall nach dem Positionieren des Kerns manuell und \/ oder automatisch vergossen wird und die erm\u00f6glicht, die gew\u00fcnschte Gestaltung des Gussst\u00fccks zu erreichen.
\nDie Produktionskapazit\u00e4t der Abteilung betr\u00e4gt 30 Tonnen Tagesproduktion bei maximaler Effizienz. In dieser Abteilung wird hochqualifiziertes Personal besch\u00e4ftigt, um ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Fachwissen in einem so schwierigen Bereich zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
