Our brass foundry is a family Company, now in its third generation. We have been an appreciated partner of national and international clients for over 60 years. THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The brass chill gravity foundry represents a production activity with a long tradition: metal and man, today also metal and robots, give together shape to objects for the most varied applications.
DEPARTMENT OF SAND CORES
Let’s start from the beginning of our process.
FOUNDRY
The art and ancient craft of casting takes shape in the foundry department.
FINISHING DEPARTMENT
In the finishing department, the sand core residues present inside the workpiece are removed.
MACHINING
We have a specific department where the mechanical machining of the castings is performed.
MECHANICS
In this department the maintenance of machinery, equipment and tools used in production is carried out.

The first process quality certification was issued in 2003 by TÜV according to Standard UNI EN ISO 9001.
