The heart of a brass Foundry: the department for the manufacturing of the sand cores
It is from this delicate department that our process originates. The cores are the heart of the Foundry, produced with a researched formula of sand, resin and catalyst and specific for each product.
In a modern and airy facility of approx. 4000 sqm, hot box core-shooting machines are used for the production of sand cores. These are subsequently graphitized and dried, before moving on to the foundry department.
